Classes meet Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 8:30pm. The classes are designed for helping students become more proficient in English conversational skills. Classes are open to teenagers and adults at no cost. Childcare is provided on the Wednesday evening class.

Clases para aprender ingles van a reunirse cada miércoles de 7:00 hasta 8:30 pm en la iglesia “Church of the Good Shepherd” en 2437 Plainfield Road, Joliet, IL. 60435.
Las clases son abiertos a todas las personas que quieren aprender a hablar ingles. No debe pagar nada para estudiar.
WOMEN'S MINISTRIES
The women of Good Shepherd invite you to join us as we participate in the church and the community through fellowship, local and international mission projects, retreats and service. Women's Ministries has also partnered with the local Pregnancy Resource Center to come alongside young mothers in difficult circumstances. Women of all ages are invited to join us as we study the Word every Tuesday morning at 10:00 am.
PARTNERSHIPS
An important aspect of life at Church of the Good Shepherd is our local, domestic, and global partnerships.
We value learning and leaning into relationships with communities who have very different experiences so that we may better participate and understand the Kingdom of God. Some of these include; working with neighboring churches including New Hope Korean Church and The Church Without Walls in Stateville Correctional Center.
Traveling to Covenant Mountain Mission Bible camp in the Appalachian mountains of Virginia for a week of camp.
And, working with the Santiago Partnership in Cayambe, Ecuador.
